Special Olympics’ Polar Bear Plunge Set for Feb. 3 at Catholic

WASHINGTON – The Catholic University of America Athletics Department and Special Olympics D.C. are proud to announce the annual Polar Bear Plunge will take place inside Cardinal Stadium on Friday, February 3, at 6 p.m.

The event is a great way the Catholic University community can come out and show their support for the mission of Special Olympics D.C.

Everyone is invited to take the plunge in the swimming pool which will be erected on the field, directly behind the DuFour Athletics Center.

It is a quick dip that makes a big impact in the lives of people with intellectual disabilities.
