Myrtle Beach, S.C. - The Catholic University of America baseball team advanced its overall season record to 10-0 with an outstanding 19-4 victory over Mt. Aloysius on Friday afternoon.

Catholic senior Brennan Cotter started the game with a three-run homer in the bottom of the first inning to bring home his classmate Jake Crist and junior Bailey Lewis. Fellow senior Anthony Ferlise followed Cotter with a solo-homerun of his own to put the Cardinals up 4-0.

Freshman Billy Duke drove in Catholic's final three runs of the event when he sent a homer over the right-field fence to bring in fellow rookies Brett Bujdos and Andre Perez.

Cotter finished out the game hitting 2-of-3 with four RBIs as he added solo-homerun to lead-off the fourth inning. Sophomore Christian Jones hit 3-of-4 throughout the afternoon including a two-RBI double in the third inning and a two-RBI single in the sixth.

Campbell came home on an infield grounder from classmate Michael Doody.
