The Cardinals (19-10, 9-6 LC) were led by another impressive outing on the mound from David Gately and homeruns from junior Christian Jones and senior Bailey Lewis to earn their eighth straight victory.

The Cardinals' offense had its best showing of the young season, scoring 23 runs with 26 hits in two contests against McDaniel.
