WASHINGTON, D.C. - Catholic University head baseball coach Ross Natoli and his coaching staff will host two Winter Prospect Camps on January 20 and February 10. These camps will be held on campus at the DuFour Center and Talbot Field and are slated for 2019-22 high school graduates who are striving to reach their full potential and have aspirations to compete at the college level.
The entire Catholic University baseball coaching staff will be on hand, including Natoli, who is in his 34th season, associate head coach Bobby Picardo, pitching coach Chris Nee, and assistant coaches Mark Duffy, Tyler McCarthy, Jack Hennessy, and Brennan Cotter. In addition, varsity players from the 2019 roster will be on staff to participate as assistant camp instructors and interact with prospects and parents.
Whether you are looking to train with a top level Division III coaching staff or showcase your skills with the hopes of bringing your game to the next level, these prospect camps may be of interest to you. All players will have an opportunity to see our campus, showcase their skills, train with and be evaluated by our current coaching staff. This is also a terrific chance for players and families to really get to know our coaches and players while learning more about our baseball program and the unique features of Catholic U.
Along with baseball skills evaluation and player development activities, participants will engage in sessions covering the academic requirements and expectations of the University and our baseball program, our recruiting and admissions process as well as balancing academics, baseball and college life. Lunch and an optional campus tour for all players and parents will be included.
