Hurricane Florence Moves Football Game to Wednesday

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Due the potential impacts of Hurricane Florence on the east coast and Mid-Atlantic region, the football game between Catholic University and Randolph-Macon at Day Field has been moved from Saturday afternoon to Wednesday night at 7 p.m.

Tickets for Wednesday's game are $10 while children 12 and under are free. Will call is located at Gate A at the Henry Street entrance behind the Catholic seating area. Gates will open at 6 p.m.

For those unable to make the trip to Ashland, Virginia on Wednesday, there will be live stats and live video of the game available on the schedule page of the football website at www.CatholicAthletics.com.

The Cardinals (0-2) won last year's meeting with the Yellow Jackets at Cardinal Stadium, 25-20. Junior Alejandro Ros led Catholic on four touchdown drives as he threw for three touchdowns and totaled 327 yards of totaled offense.
