Cardinals Picked First in Landmark Conference Preseason Poll

TOWSON, Md. - The Catholic University field hockey team was picked to finish first in the Landmark Conference Preseason Coaches Poll released on Wednesday.

The Cardinals received 68 points, including six first-place votes from fellow conference head coaches. Scranton was picked to finish second with 47 points while just one point separated the second, third and fourth-place teams as Juniata and Elizabethtown were tied for third with 46 points.
