YORK, PA. -- Sophomore Patrick Satalin (Syracuse, N.Y./Westhill) scored a career-high 25 points to help Catholic to its ninth straight win in a 91-80 victory over York College in a Capital Athletic Conference game.

Satalin was 9-of-17 shooting including 5-of-9 from beyond the arc. Senior William Morley (Olney, Md./Good Counsel) added 19 points and pulled in a game-high seven rebounds.

York would take a 10-3 lead early and go up as much as 22-14 in the first half.

Satalin capped a 10-2 run later in the period as his trey would tie the game at 24-24. He would follow that up with another three-bomb to give the Cardinals (19-5, 11-2 CAC) its first lead of the contest.

A 9-0 run to open the second half gave CUA a ten-point lead.

Blair Mills (Hebron, Md./Wicomico) drained a three-pointer with 6:36 remaining gave Catholic a 76-62 lead. The senior finished with 10 points, three boards, and two blocked shots.

Steve Schmehl was one of five Spartans (10-13, 7-6 CAC) in double figures with 17 points.

CUA was 28-of-55 (50.9%) from the floor, 9-of-19 from downtown, and 26-of-32 from the free-throw line. York was 32-of-63 (50.8%) and 14-of-17 from the charity stripe, but was just 2-of-16 from three-point land.

Catholic ends the regular season this Saturday, February 21st, with a home date with Goucher at the DuFour Center at 4 p.m.
