BETHLEHEM, PA-- Leading in most statistical catigories, including a 19-5 lead in shots and cornerkicks, the Cardinals fell to Moravian in overtime, 1-0, Saturday.

Nick Sylvester (Riva, Md./DeMatha) and Brian Maher (Westfield, N.J./Seton Hall Prep) led the Cardinals with four shots each, while seven Cardinals recorded at least one shot with six of them recording multi-shot games.

Quinn Daly (San Diego, Calif./St. Augustine) faced four shots during regulation and was perfect, but allowed the only shot he faced in overtime to find the back of the net.

After a 40 minute lightening delay after regulation time, the teams took the field and needed less than two minutes before Taylor Molinaro recorded his sixth goal of the season after Ruben Concepcion served the ball back in from a corner kick.

CUA dominated in shots and corner kicks, 19-5 in both catigories, but Chris Nederostek, with the help of one team save, recorded nine stops and gave Moravian its first Landmark Conference win of the season.

CUA will return to action Wednesday, October 29th at 7 p.m. when the Cardinals will travel to Wesley.  The Cardinals will then return home to face Susquehanna at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 1st to wrap up the Landmark Conference season.
