WASHINGTON — The Catholic University of America men's track & field senior Brian Seward has earned his second Landmark Conference Track Award of the outdoor season, as announced by the league office on Monday.
Seward showed why he is one of the fastest men in the Landmark as he anchored two winning relay teams over two different meets.
At the Johns Hopkins Invite, his relay team posted the top time (3:26.02) in the conference this season while also setting the second-fastest 400 (50.67) time and third-fastest 200 (22.65) performance.
At the Battleground relays, he added a second win in the 400 and added a silver in the 100.
Seward and the Cardinals will be tested again this Saturday, April 14, as they head to Division I Towson.
