WASHINGTON — The Catholic University of America men's lacrosse senior Bennett Bradley has capped his Cardinal career in style as he was recognized as a United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) / Nike All-American honorable mention.
Bradley becomes Catholic's second-straight All-America honorable mention selection as he joins Tim Keith '17. Keith also earned the honor in 2016 and along with Bradley, make up six program all-time All-Americans. Chris Fuccillo (2012), Brendan Englert (2013) and Walter Hickey (2014) round out the group.
Bradley, who owns the top-four spots in single game goal-scoring performances, saved his best for last as he scored a program-best eight goals in the Cardinals final game of the season to break his own record of seven set last year. He has also scored six goals twice, including once this season.
Additionally, he is first all-time in the Catholic record books with nine points in a game, first with 68 points in a season, second with 53 goals in a season, second in career scores at 134 and third all-time in total points at 173.
A First-Team All-Landmark performer for the second-consecutive season, he is a three-time all-conference honoree and was recently named to the USILA / Nike Senior All-Star game that takes place today at 5:30 p.m., in Providence, R.I.
Bradley also got it done in the classroom as he has been recognized this season as the Landmark Men's Lacrosse Senior Scholar Athlete and a Google Cloud / CoSIDA Academic All-District Team member.
