The Greyhounds (8-5, 2-2 LC) took a 3-2 lead after back-to-back, straight-set victories at No. 1 and No. 3 singles before Fortunati tied the match at 3-3 with a 6-3, 2-6, 6-2 win over Isaac Schefer at No. 2.
