WASHINGTON – Head coach Bruce McConkey has announced that the Catholic University of America softball program will host a prospect camp on Saturday, September 24, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. All high school student-athletes striving to take their games to the next level are invited.
The event will be held at the DuFour Athletic Center and the CUA Softball Field at Catholic University with a rain date set for Sunday, September 25.
The camp will feature Coach McConkey along with current assistant coaches and players.
The last day to register is Friday, September 16, 2016.

Participants will be evaluated in key skill areas including; arm strength, hitting, pitching, catching, throwing and fielding ability during instructional drill sessions. We will also discuss the recruiting process and provide feedback to prospective student- athletes.
All players should clearly mark their personal equipment in advance of attending the camp and must provide their own softball glove, cleats, gym shoes, gym bag, and should wear any protective gear they deem necessary. Bats and helmets will be provided or you may bring your own. Catchers must bring their own equipment. In case of rain, some of the instructional program may be held inside the DuFour Athletic Center.
